Agreement

 This Institute was established with the objectives not only to contribute to the reconstruction of Afghan cultures but also to make it possible to accelerate the cultural exchange between Japan and Afghanistan、 and to concern ourselves profoundly in the cultural development of the both countries, studying and investigating the diverse cultural activities having been performed from the ancient time in Afghanistan.

  The door of the institute is always open to those who love Afghanistan, those who are interested in the Afghan cultures, those who have intention of doing activities in Afghanistan as their field, and who willingly participate in the cultural reconstruction of this country.

 Application blanks are available at the office, and applications sent by post, by facsimile, and by E-mail are acceptable.

  The members of the institute spontaneously study, investigate the cultures of Afghanistan and correlated areas, and do the cultural support activities in those areas.
 
The members attend meetings held by the institute to report the result or the actual state and also to exchange the information of the activities they are participating or participated in.

  The institute is to be carried out by the voluntary activities and supports of the members.

  All of the activities of the institute are as a rule to be open to the public.

  Member's fee is \2,000 per year.
